About our Logo

---

To be honest the picture you see in our logo today wasn’t intended as such.  I (Jessica) just casually snapped a picture one day in our garden of one of our bees visiting a Goldenrod. As far as I can remember the image was captured with an iPhone 7 to beat it all!  Maybe some 5 years or so before we ever even gave a formal name to our apiary. I enjoy photography very much so that day I was out seeing what I could see. I immediately recognized that the image was really good, surprisingly good given it was a cell phone. For years it just stayed stored in my phone gallery without much thought. Until one day we decided to build our apiary into a business and I just so happen to remember this little jewel of a photo. So, I added our brand name to it and the outline of our home state and with that our brand logo was born.
